Pets are a massive part of the family so I aim to freeze those heartwarming moments and create lasting memories of your beloved pet. Having always grown up with both dogs and cats I know what it’s like to love a pet. Being a professional pet photographer I specialise in creating beautiful pet portraits either at your home or on location. Whether it’s the playful antics, the unconditional love in their eyes or the little quirks that make your pet unique, I strive to capture their personalities in every shot.

I’ll get back to you as soon as I can and we can have a chat to see if it’s something you’d like to do. We can talk about where your pet photoshoot will take place to make it easy on your pet and to get great photos. We can also discuss if you have any ideas of what you’d like for your pet’s photo session. If you’d then like to go ahead with booking, we can arrange a good time for your pet’s photography session.
We’ll spend about an hour playing and getting some great photos of your pet. They’ll be plenty of breaks so your pet doesn’t need to be performing the whole time. Don’t worry if you pet isn’t the best trained, it only takes a few seconds to get a great photo.
If you’d like to be photographed with your pet that’s great. Some people prefer just to have photos of their cat or dog so if you’re not in the photo then I’ll probably be using you as my photography assistant to catch the attention of your pet.
Creating your beautiful artwork
Once I’ve taken all your photos, I’ll go through them and do an initial retouch within 2-3 weeks. You will be sent a link to a website with about 20-30 photos and you can select the ones you love.
I will then do a more thorough re-touch on your chosen final images. This means removing leads, any distractions and cleaning up your dog or cat’s fur.
When I have completed the editing, you will then be sent the final digital images or if you have chosen to buy pet wall art or albums, they will be sent to the printers for printing.
I believe the best way to appreciate your photos is on the wall of your home or in an album that you can easily look at and enjoy.
There are some great wall art and album products available to let you get the most out of your pet’s photos. These vary from the more traditional canvas or wooden frames to the more modern acrylic, metal or tray framed canvases. There is something to suit everyone.

I will make it as easy as possible so don't worry, in other words, you don't need to have the best behaved pet in the world. I am patient and will work with you and your pet to get the best out of the session and capture the essence of your beloved pet. Most importantly, I want you to love your photos so if it's not working on a particular day then I am happy to re-schedule.
Based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, I will cover surrounding areas such as Beaconsfield, Amersham, Prestwood, Great Missenden, Princes Risborough. Aylesbury, West Wycombe, Marlow. You don't have to go too far to find some great locations for pet photoshoots. For example, Hughenden Park is a lovely place to take photos of dogs, with lots of room for them to run around and enjoy the photoshoot.
Prices for a Pet Portrait session start at £80 for a mini session or £120 for about an hour. This fee is only a retainer and all of it will go towards purchasing any artwork. Get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
